Terms of Service

Welcome to Sunny Helper! These terms are the agreement between you and us when you use Sunny Helper. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to them. We have kept them as plain and simple as we can.

Using Sunny Helper

• You need an account to use the tools. Keep your password private — you are responsible for what happens under your account.
• Please use the service lawfully and kindly. Don't use it to send spam, harass anyone, share illegal content, or break the law.
• Your content — your photos, notes, contacts, messages, and music — belongs to you. You give us permission to store and process it only as needed to provide the service.
• We may suspend accounts that abuse the service or put other users at risk.

Subscriptions and billing

• Full service costs $8 per month, billed monthly through our payment provider, Paddle.
• You can cancel at any time from Settings — there is no long-term contract. When you cancel, you keep access until the end of the period you have already paid for.
• Prices are shown before you pay and include any tax that applies. Your payment details are handled by Paddle; we never store your card number.
• If a payment fails, we may pause parts of the service until it is fixed.

Availability and changes

We work hard to keep Sunny Helper available and working well, but we offer the service "as is" — we can't promise it will always be uninterrupted or error-free, and we may add, change, or remove features over time. If we make an important change to these terms, we will let you know inside the service.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, Sunny Helper is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for lost data that you did not back up. Our total liability to you for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
